Return & Exchanges

I try and make exchanges easy. Trying to find your own custom size can seem overwhelming. When you feel you got it right the first time, there might have been something you missed. If you find the piece you ordered isn't quite right, you can send it back for a refund or exchange*. You must first send your piece back or if you prefer, after you've purchased your correct size. I don't charge for the exchanges however I do ask for the shipping to be the buyer's responsibility.

-If the piece is undamaged, you may return or exchange it. The return address is provided below. Please send the piece back with your ORDER NUMBER and in a similar way you received it by padding the parcel or if you saved the box it came in, using this with a sleeve. This will help insure it doesn't get damaged in transit. 

If you are exchanging for the same design, once I receive your order, I will send you purchase information for your label. You will need to purchase your shipping label for me to send back the new piece; I don't charge for exchanges, I only ask for you to cover your own shipping. If you want a different piece entirely, then I can issue a refund in which another purchase can be made in the desired design. The button below will direct you to my shipping labels. You can leave me a note of the size you'd like for your new piece ONLY once I have your initial purchased piece in hand. This is typically the second step in the exchange process. This covers my expense of sending you your new piece back to you.

-I do not give refunds on pieces that have been damaged other than product defects on my end. If you smash your jewelry and want to send it back then I won't honor this. I also try to be very generous with returns but if you purchased a piece from me and two or three years later decide it is too small I may not honor the refund. I encourage people to send their jewelry back sooner than later to get your correct size instead of waiting so long. When it doubt, please just contact me first.

-If you find the jewelry is just not what you want or is causing you skin irritations, you may send it back as long as nothing is damaged.
